Next Orbit Growth Fund III, has being formed to maximise long-term capital appreciation through investment in listed and unlisted portfolio companies both in India and abroad.

The Next Orbit Growth Fund III is an open ended fund with a target size of US$500 Million+. As the fund investment manager and sponsor, Next Orbit LLP has appointed Barclays Securities (India) Private Limited (BSIPL) as the investment advisor and portfolio manager, while Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has been established as the custodians to the fund. BSIPL is registered with SEBI as a Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor and Research Analyst. BSIPL is also registered as Stock Broker of BSE and NSE in Capital Market Segment, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives Segment and Depository Participant with NSDL and also is registered with AMFI as Mutual Fund distributor.

The Fund objective is to generate income and capital appreciation on consistent basis by following an unconstrained investment approach. We aim to invest in companies which are best placed in their respective sectors to benefit from high growth potential of India. Companies which have strong management, scalable and sustainable business models, with large market opportunity and sustainable competitive advantage.

The Portfolio Strategy is to Identify and invest in companies which have a robust business model and capable management team which enables them to deliver earnings growth on a sustainable basis. We will develop a buy and hold approach, investing with low portfolio turnover with a fairly concentrated portfolio of 25 to 30 stocks with adequate diversification across sectors.
